  13.     I am a relatively good traditional c++ programmer, but am 
  14. undertaking a project and would like to learn Visual C++.  I am purchasing 
  15. Borland C++ 5.0 and would like to know a good book for someone such as me 
  16. to get started with.  A book possibly with some sample excercises to work 
  17. through and has reference to working with menus and database manipulation.
